  • I've never worked with a consulting firm before. How does it work?

    The process is simple. Contact us and tell us what your challenge is. We will then look at it and tell you if we can help - all with no commitment or money out of your pocket.

    If we are able to help and you would like to move forward, we outline some key, relevant deliverables and agree to a reasonable price for the service. If you agree to the proposal, we start the work

    Unlike many of our competitors, STEEN Solutions stands behind the work and guarantees results at high quality standards. With milestone-based payments, clients do NOT pay for services that do not meet their satisfaction.

  • What if I just need some assistance with an engineering task/project?

    Our capabilities continue to expand and grow, so the overview provided on this website (Engineering) is not all inclusive of our capabilities and offers.

    The easiest thing we can recommend is to contact us. We will always be happy to evaluate your questions and let you know if we can help

  • How much does the service cost?

    Pricing can be done in various ways. We like to work with our clients in a way that suits the individual client.

    A common process involves agreeing to specific deliverables and milestones along with a price for each deliverable. The deliverables are defined in specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound terms to ensure crisp mutual expectations between client and STEEN Solutions personnel.

    With the deliverables clear, the price is then based on the hourly rate as well as the estimated number of hours needed for each deliverable. Hourly rates vary based on the type of work needed, and can therefore range from $15/hour to $75/hour.

    With this cost option, STEEN Solutions will not charge you more if the work ends up taking longer than estimated.

  • Is the service provided onsite or offsite?

    STEEN Solutions offers to provide services onsite as well as offsite. Whereas some projects may not be possible to do offsite, some projects are done as easily offsite - out of your way.

  • How long does it take?

    The time to complete a deliverable or project varies greatly, depending on the scope and type of work.

    To prevent frustration, we estimate the time needed up front and make it part of the expectations for each deliverable.

  • What if I have a great invention or business idea that I'd like to pursue, but don't have the time?

    Whether you need assistance with a simple question, need assistance managing a large project from start to finish, or simply need to offload some of your work during peak times, we can help!

  • I need help with a small and relatively simple task. Is it too small for STEEN Solutions to help?

    No. We will be happy to assist you regardless of the size of your task. In fact, if the task is small enough, we just might do it for free!

  • Does STEEN Solutions have manufacturing capability?

    STEEN Solutions does not own any manufacturing facilities directly. However, we take pride in our wide network of business alliances which include an ever-growing number of manufacturing facilities that have capabilities ranging from rapid prototyping to high-volume manufacturing.

  • "Quality. Results. Guaranteed". How are results guaranteed?

    If a client is not 100% satisfied with the results of any given documented deliverable, STEEN Solutions will work to close the identified gap to provide 100% satisfaction at no extra cost - or - not charge for the work done for the respective deliverable.

  • How does STEEN Solutions manage confidentiality?

    With non-disclosure agreements being standard for all projects worked on, we always treat all information with the highest level of confidentiality and do not share any information during or after the consulting activities without the clients consent.

  • Can you provide examples of previous work you've done?

    Given the nature of the consulting business, we often find ourselves working with individual inventors or companies developing new, innovative - and confidential - products.

    Therefore, we are not always able to share what we believe are our biggest accomplishments with prospective, new clients. Instead, we have implemented a guarantee that all clients will be satisfied with the results they get when working with us or get the service absolutely free.

  • I've heard of a referral bonus. How does that work?

  • I have a question that isn't here. What do I do?

    Simply contact us with your specific question and a representative will respond to you within 24 hours.
